周启星,1963523日生于浙江龙游,博士/博士后,教授,博士导师。现任南开大学环境科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师,学院学术委员会主任,学位分委员会主席。杰出青年科学基金获得者(2002),长江学者特聘教授(2004)。
